Speaking Up About My Spirituality and Victories in Life

I am so very excited to share with you what’s been on my mind lately. Each week has been filled with crazy agenda where the energy is unpredictable, and the movement is constant across the globe. I can’t help but feel grateful to have this space to connect with you all as I finally take the time to express the heartfelt reflections I have about each week, in a way that later on down the road one day will be this beautiful collection for me to look back on. With that being said, there’s much to discuss so let’s get into it..

The first thing I want to share with you all today comes from a topic that was initially presented to me during one of my ongoing spiritual classes this week… Oh wait – you didn’t know? For those of you who may be confused by that leading statement, allow me to reintroduce myself – yes, your CEO aside from all else that you see me doing day to day, is also very disciplined when it comes to my spiritual journey. Meaning that outside of this expanding empire I have created, when I am not in the office so to speak – you can find me devoting the time and energy that is left for myself, in my studies to become a spiritual healer. So far, I’ve learned 2 modalities, and my intentions are set to help my fellow brothers and sisters understand their journey of being in alignment with their true selves.

So, now that everyone is caught up – back to the original question at hand, which is as follows; what were the victories in my life over the last week? A topic that for most may seem simple enough to immediately address, in all seriousness, is a concept I have trouble fully exploring for multiple reasons. For example, one reason is that each victory, no matter how significant they may be, is set up the same back to back, where my focus is what’s directly in front of me and mentally requires an equal level of focus, intensity, and then be expressed under this high level of importance – keep up with me here, I’m not done- like I said, all while moving in this constant upward spiral of continued creativity to build up every performance more so than the last. Vivid imagery, I know. Now that you have that image in your head, you can probably see how that would mean little to no downtime with little to no chance during that period to then go back and process it all over again, while still actively where it just happened or just moments before when I’m already headed to the next thing, did I mention also these being also the same moments that I will be barely getting enough time to sleep as well! Now, tell me how simple you think that question would be. Still, that doesn’t mean I can neglect or make excuses for something so valuable to our growth and well-being.

Addressing the first issue of how difficult honoring the week’s victories is for me and how articulating these experiences meant digging up much more than the victories themselves before I could embrace each event. These frustrations speak even more volumes about the lessons I have left to learn in that process. It is wonderful to recognize this point of my journey but also is just as heavy on my heart to reflect on how far-reaching it took looking from the whole perspective. Because of this, I was able to discover that most importantly, it is crucial for us as human beings to not only understand these processes but to integrate them into our being consciously in a sense that completely acknowledges the power that is behind you, and in any instance that you have had to get something because of how you worked for it. It’s the comfort also in knowing that what you’re putting in is directly proportional to the change it creates. Furthermore from this, there’s always space to be accepting of your truth because that is where the growing will take place so be intentional in recognizing that so when you need to do something different every day, you know exactly where to go and how it takes place, to begin with.
