And even though it was only three days…
It felt like a whole moment.
Paris just has that energy. The kind that makes you slow down a little, look around a little longer, and really take it all in. And getting to experience it with Minoru Suzuki.
Yeah… that made it even better.

The Eiffel Tower.
You see it in pictures your whole life, but standing there in front of it? Completely different. It’s one of those moments where everything just feels… real.

And then came the food.
Now listen—I was feeling bold!
Frog legs.
Snails.
Liver.
All things that, if you asked me before, I would’ve said absolutely not.
But something about being in Paris just makes you say, why not?
And the second I took that first bite?
So damn good.
Sometimes you just have to trust the experience—and let it surprise you.
