Britt Baker: NO LONGER the Face of AEW

It was another roller-coaster week balancing Hollywood, wrestling, and my personal life, but it ended on a great note. With that, let’s get right to it!

I am so looking forward to Dynamite 250. This is a really big milestone for AEW as we are so close to surpassing WCW records in terms of being around longer when a lot of people said that we weren’t going to survive. With that, I’m even more excited to perform tonight against Nyla Rose and happy to put my TBS title on the line while I’m at it. Nyla was on the FIRST ever episode of Dynamite at Capital One Arena in DC October 2nd, 2019, so to be here today having come this far for Women’s Wrestling is such an incredible feeling. On that note, I want to make sure Britt Baker knows that I’m pretty much willing to wrestle anybody at this time – but her.

Britt is No longer the face of AEW! Do you know why?  Because Britt doesn’t deserve to wrestle someone like me. She’s admitted many, many times in interviews that she’s a really big fan of mine. So, let’s just keep it that way.  But real talk, she needs to go to the back of the line.  There’s a long list of girls before her, all waiting for their shot at me. Now that I’m double champion, there’s even more coming.  I don’t like people who want to walk back into the company, cut the line, and expect a title shot. I don’t care if she’s been gone for 10 months and that she was the face of AEW. It’s a new era in AEW now. It’s the era of the CEO.  And the CEO (me) wants to face other, more deserving challengers.  Get to the back of the line, Britt.
