So many of you have offered prayers and support for my brother Joshua. The last year has been incredibly tough, but your support, prayers, and some good, tender, loving care have made a near-miraculous difference. For the past several months, Joshua has been in and out of the hospital. He was struggling to speak and could barely walk. Every time I visited him in Boston, I had to feed him and legit hold him up in order to walk. But within the past two weeks, his doctors adjusted his medications. He is happier than ever and is back to the Joshua that I haven’t seen in a year. It’s incredible. He’s walking, talking, vibrant, and truly happy inside.
One of his favorite things to do is go to the DVD store and buy movies. He is the biggest movie collector and has thousands of movies. There aren’t many DVD stores left, but I always manage to find one. Now that he is on his feet, we went to shop the titles and add to his collection. Any fans of Inspector Gadget 2? If so, I’ll pass your comments along to Joshua, as it was one of the two movies we bought. It was a tearful experience seeing him like this – tears of joy. His health will always be challenging, but we are in a good place. Thank you again from both of us for your love and prayers.
