Revpro: Kanji, a Technical Wizard

After an exhilarating week in Boston, I had the absolute pleasure of showcasing my craft by opening and closing AEW Dynamite, Mercedes Moné vs. Athena, and Collision, Mercedes Moné & Harley vs. Kris Statlander and Julia Hart. You can watch the replay streaming on Max. I woke up with a heart full of excitement and an early flight to the UK on the horizon. Destination? The charming town of Doncaster for Rev Pro Wrestling!

Let me tell you, this match has been on my mind since I claimed my Revpro championship in the Tokyo Dome, and it’s a reminder that I am the greatest undisputed British women’s champion of all time. With every flight I take and every city I visit, I feel the weight of this title and the joy it brings me.

The plane ride felt like a breeze—just six and a half hours, and I found myself in a whole new world! Upon landing, I had a bit of a drive from London to Doncaster, but the anticipation kept my spirit high. When I arrived in this beautiful little town, I took a stroll through the park, soaking in the sights and sounds and preparing my mind for the challenge ahead.

I was eager to dive into my preparation, spending time watching tape of my opponent, Kanji. This match was going to be something special – a British women’s wrestling encounter that I’ve never experienced before. The energy in the locker room was electric as I was greeted by familiar faces like Serena and Lio Rush, and then I finally met Kanji. Her smile lit up the room, and we instantly connected over our shared admiration for Zack Sabre Jr.

Let me tell you, Kanji is a technical wizard! She wrapped me up like a pretzel bun, and I can’t wait for our next encounter. You best believe I’ll be bringing the MUSSSSSSTTTARRRRRD next time!

As I stood in Gorilla, watching the crowd react to the matches before mine, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. But my favorite moment of the week? Seeing all the girls in the locker room rally together to cheer Kanji on before her match. It was pure magic—real, passionate, and full of love. Being part of such a supportive community made my heart swell with pride.

Wrestling Kanji was a blast! Her passion for this craft is unmatched, and I walked away with a heart full of inspiration. I realized just how much more I have to learn and grow, and that excites me. As we step into 2025, I can’t help but feel a surge of motivation for the future of women’s wrestling.

Thank you for being on this journey with me. Let’s continue to uplift and empower one another because we are all in this together. Here’s to the next chapter, and I can’t wait to share more of this incredible journey with you!
