It was a true honor to be part of the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation tournament, competing against the world’s best women and finally making my dream match with Athena a reality. This year’s tournament was record-breaking, showcasing incredible performances from both the men’s and women’s divisions. The AEW superstars put on matches that highlighted just how much this tournament means to us—not only for honoring Owen Hart’s legacy but also for securing our spots at AEW All In in Texas on July 12!
My journey began with a match against Athena, a competitor I’d dreamed of facing for years, and to do it in my hometown of Boston made it all the more special. That match left me craving more, and I can’t wait to step back into the ring with the Fallen Goddess. I will show her that I am the true God of Wrestling.
Next up was a challenge against former TBS Champion Julia Hart. She tried to dim my light with her darkness, but as the CEO, I demonstrated why I am at the top of my game and the best in this industry.
Then came a fans’ dream match against Jamie Hayter. I had heard about her long before I arrived in AEW, with fans warning me to keep an eye on her because she’s incredibly talented. At Double or Nothing, she proved why so many consider her one of the best. Jamie has heart, resilience, and an unyielding fighting spirit. We both gave it our all, kicking off the AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view in style. That night, I showed Jamie and the world why I am the master of the ring. No matter the challenge, I will find a way to win. I study my opponents like no other, always seeking that opening to secure a victory.
At Double or Nothing, I was crowned the Owen Foundation tournament winner and brought home a beautiful championship belt that recognizes my achievements. But for me, this is just the beginning. My legacy will be cemented forever on July 12 at AEW All In, where I will wrestle yet another dream match—this time against the timeless Toni Storm.
