I have to say, my recent trip to Australia for the Grand Slam was absolutely unforgettable!
We kicked off our adventure at the Australian Zoo, and let me tell you, it was a dream come true. I got to hold koalas, snakes, and lizards, feed the kangaroos, and witnessed a crocodile show that was nothing short of jaw-dropping.
Arriving at the zoo was such a treat, though I definitely wasn’t prepared for the heat! It was summer, and I was feeling that Australian sun! But the hospitality at the zoo was incredible. The staff was so welcoming, and it was heartwarming to see the care they put into looking after all those amazing animals.
I also had the chance to meet with the Irwin family back in 2018, who are such legends and beloved figures Down Under. I had the pleasure of meeting Terry, Bindi, and Robert when Titus and I hosted their annual benefit for the Steve Irwin Gala dinner. It was such a beautiful experience. I’m so thankful to the Irwins and Dustin Rhodes for setting up this awesome zoo experience.
