House of Glory with Indi Hartwell

I stand before you, not just as a competitor but as the embodiment of passion, resilience, and excellence in professional wrestling. After over a decade of waiting, I had the immense honor of stepping back into the ring for my first independent match at House of Glory.

When Brian XL reached out to me with the opportunity, it was an immediate “YES!” But, as the face of AEW, a four-time champion, and a trailblazer in this industry, I knew I had to ensure everything was in place. One misstep could derail my journey, and that’s simply not acceptable. I always give my all, embracing every challenge, regardless of the audience size, because that’s what champions do.

Wrestling is a wild, unpredictable world. Initially, the plan was a mixed tag team match, but life has its own plans—my partner welcomed a beautiful baby just a day before the show! The match transformed into a singles bout against Indi Hartwell, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I first met Indi back in 2016 at a gym in Australia while on tour with WWE. She approached me, expressing how my match with Bayley in Brooklyn inspired her to pursue wrestling. Fast forward nine years, and I was sharing the ring with her. That’s the magic of wrestling!

The energy from the House of Glory fans was electric! Their enthusiasm, excitement, and love for the sport reignited my passion. My day began with six hours of signing autographs and connecting with fans, and I was fortunate to meet legends like The Great Khali, Daria, Fred Rosser, and Titus. However, the highlight was when Dawn Marie approached my table. As a long-time fan of hers, it was surreal to bond over our shared interests in spirituality and crystals.

After an exhilarating day filled with fan interactions, it was time to gear up for battle. Trust me when I say this will not be my last appearance at House of Glory! The love from the Krew and the fans made my heart soar. Wrestling is my life and passion, and I am privileged to be the conductor of the Moné Train.
