Five days in London.
And this time? It wasn’t about rushing around. I’ve been to London so many times, so I gave myself something different.
Space.
Time.
Balance.
Of course, I still did my walking—exploring, getting lost, trying to find the best spots. And I had to stop at one of my favorites: Flat Iron Steak. Every time I’m in London, that’s a must.
But more than anything, I focused on me.
My fitness. My recovery. My discipline.
I was working out every single day, hitting the sauna at the hotel, really locking back into my routine. I also started taking peptides during this trip—and I’m not even going to lie, it made a huge difference. My energy, my recovery… everything felt elevated.
It felt good to slow down in a big city before heading somewhere completely different.
Because after London…
It was off to Wolverhampton.
A much smaller city. Quiet. Not too much going on—a few places to eat besides the mall nearby. But sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
Because that’s where the work happens.
